Agreement to These Terms

Your use of Visual Me means you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

About the Service

Visual Me provides AI tools for creating and enhancing images and videos, including template-based generation, styled portraits, and image-to-video workflows. Features may change, and we may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the Service without prior notice.

You do not need to register with a username, password, or email address. On first launch, Visual Me creates a profile linked to your device so credits, purchase records, and generation history can be associated with that device.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. Face-related input is processed only to generate your requested output and is not retained for identification purposes after processing is finished.

Payments, Credits & Subscriptions

• Renewing subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off renewal at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
• How to cancel: Subscription management is done through your Apple or Google account settings. We cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf.
• Credit purchases: One-time credit packages are sold through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or other payment options we support. Credits are not cash, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred unless we explicitly say otherwise.
• Refunds: Refund eligibility follows the policies of the relevant app store and applicable consumer protection laws.

Rules of Use

You must not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise harmful material. You must not attempt to copy, decompile, interfere with, resell, or exploit the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes. We may suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.

Ownership of the Service

Visual Me, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Content You Provide

You retain ownership of the content you upload. To operate Visual Me, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and transform that content solely for delivering the Service. This license ends when you delete the relevant content, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention limits.

No Warranties

Visual Me is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You use it at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Visual Me. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes informally. If that fails, disputes will be brought before the courts with jurisdiction in that location.

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. If you continue using Visual Me after updated Terms take effect, that continued use may be treated as acceptance where permitted by law.
